If you need to take your children out of school, for anything other than medical issues, you need to apply in advance. Please complete the form below and hand into the office.
If a child has 5 consecutive days of unauthorised absence a fixed penalty notice will be issued by the Local Authority. This is £60 but can rise to £120 if not paid promptly.
